Chicago Bears

The Bears are, arguably, the proudest NFL francise. I mean, if you can measure proudness...in kilowatts or something. If they ever change their helmets to a cartoony bear with 'Cartoon Network attitude' I'll quit watching football.

I love--absolutely love, okay? I'm using the word 'love' about a football helmet. I love this simple 60s version of the Bears helmet.

Founded in 1920 as the Decatur Staleys. Joined American Professional Football Association (what is now the NFL) when it formed in 1920. Moved to Chicago in 1921. Renamed Chicago Bears in 1922.
