Bill is stalked by a Santa Claus. The staff hates Mr. James' gifts. So they complain. Like jerks. They like Mr. James' new gifts (Miata sports cars), but Matthew feels slighted with his Fibber McGee and Molly tapes. Tone Loc guest stars. I guess Bill sorta dies at the end of the episode. Good thing it doesn't take. (Well, not until the end of the fourth season. Whoops...ding ding ding...there's the inappropriate bell.)
